<p>صفحه‌ای تازه حاوی «&#039;&#039;&#039;اهل كتاب&#039;&#039;&#039;، در اصطلاح فقهي، مقصود از اهل كتاب، پيروان ادياني مي‌باشند كه پيامبر آنان داراي كتابي بوده است كه از سوي خداوند براي هدايت انسان‌ها بدو وحي شده باشد. فقها با استناد به آيات قران و روايات، عنوان اهل كتاب را در رتبـﺔ اول شامل يهودي...» ایجاد کرد</p> <p><b>صفحهٔ تازه</b></p><div>&#039;&#039;&#039;اهل كتاب&#039;&#039;&#039;، در اصطلاح فقهي، مقصود از اهل كتاب، پيروان ادياني مي‌باشند كه پيامبر آنان داراي كتابي بوده است كه از سوي خداوند براي هدايت انسان‌ها بدو وحي شده باشد. فقها با استناد به آيات قران و روايات، عنوان اهل كتاب را در رتبـﺔ اول شامل يهوديان، نصرانيان (مسيحيان) و صائبين نموده‌اند و سپس پيروان بعضي از اديان مانند مجوسي (زرتشتيان) را نيز به‌عنوان اهل كتاب ملحق نموده‌اند.<br /> <br /> 1.   يهوديان، پيروان حضرت موسي بن عمران (ع) را تشكيل مي‌دهند و داراي كتابي آسماني به‌نام &#039;&#039;&#039;تورات&#039;&#039;&#039; يا &#039;&#039;عهد عتيق&#039;&#039; مي‌باشند. قرآن در آيات متعددي از موسي (ع) و كتاب او و يهوديان سخن به ميان آورده است. قرآن ضمن ستايش از كوشش‌هاي حضرت موسي (ع) در راه نجات و هدايت بني‌اسرائيل از سلطـﺔ فرعون او را فرستادﺓ خدا و پيامبري اولوالعزم خوانده و مهم‌تر آن‌كه او را به‌عنوان كليم‌الله معرفي مي‌نمايد.<br /> <br /> 2.   نصاري (مسيحيان)، پيروان حضرت عيسي بن مريم (ع) را تشكيل مي‌دهند و داراي كتاب آسماني به‌نام &#039;&#039;انجيل&#039;&#039; يا &#039;&#039;عهد جديد&#039;&#039; مي‌باشند. مسيحيت در واقع امتداد و دنباله‌يي از آيين يهود مي‌باشد و از اين روست كه &#039;&#039;انجيل&#039;&#039; بيش‌تر به مسائل اخلاقي و اجتماعي و وعظ و ارشاد پرداخته و مسائل و واجبات مذهبي مسيحيان را به &#039;&#039;تورات&#039;&#039; و احكام آن ارشاد نموده است. قرآن در آيات متعددي از حضرت عيسي مسيح (ع) و مادر او مريم دختر عمران به نيكي ياد كرده و اين ستايش تا حدي‌ست كه قرآن از حضرت مسيح به‌عنوان روح‌الله ياد كرده است (سورﺓ نساء، آيـﺔ 170) و يكي از سوره‌هاي &#039;&#039;قرآن&#039;&#039; را به‌نام مادر او (مريم) قرار داده است.<br /> <br /> 3.   صابئين، اينان داراي كتابي مي‌باشند به‌نام «صحف آدم» و «كنز رب» و عقيده دارند كه حضرت يحيي بن زكريا اين كتاب را به روايت پيامبران سلف آدم و نوح و شيث، بيش از دوهزار سال پيش، به‌صورت مدون فعلي آن، بديشان تبليغ كرده است. قرآن در آيـﺔ 62 از سورﺓ بقره از صابئه ياد كرده و آن‌ها را به همراه يهود و نصاري مشمول خطاب اهل كتاب و ايمان‌آورندگان به پروردگار نموده است.<br /> <br /> 4.   مجوس (زرتشتيان)، كساني‌اند كه قرآن نام آنان را در رديف يهود و نصاري و صابئه قرار داده و از اين رو مي‌توان آن‌ها را مشمول عنوان اهل كتاب نمود. البته در مورد اعتقاد آنان به وحدانيت پروردگار و كتاب آسماني آن‌ها شك و ترديدهايي وجود دارد و قرآن نيز نامي از كتاب آنان (آن‌گونه كه از كتا‌هاي يهود و نصاري نام مي‌برد) نياورده است. امّا امروزه فقها به استناد آيـﺔ «ان‌الذين آمنوا والذين هادوا و النصاري و المجوس» (سورﺓ حج، آيـﺔ 16) و روايات وارده از امامان شيعه با مجوس معاملـﺔ اهل كتاب نموده و احكام اهل كتاب را بر آنان جاري مي‌نمايند.<br /> <br /> تلخيص از: &#039;&#039;&#039;&#039;&#039;دايرةالمعارف تشيّع&#039;&#039;&#039;&#039;&#039;<br /> <br /> <br /> سید حسن امین</div>
