<br /> <br /> ايل زرزا از 2 طايفة اصلي فتح علي خاني و عبدالله خاني و 5 طايفة جنبي پيوسته به ايل تشكيل شده است. هر يك از طوايف به تيره‌ها و شاخه‌هاي كوچك‌تر نيز تقسيم مي‌شود. طايفة عبدالله‌خاني از طوايف مهم زرزاست و همة خوانين ايل از اين طايفه برخاسته‌اند.&lt;sup&gt;3&lt;/sup&gt; ساختار ايلي به صورت ايل، طايفه، تيره، مال (يا خانوار) است. سرپرست ايل را خان بر عهده دارد. رياست ايل را تا 1366ش سليمان خان زرزا از طايفة عبدالله‌خاني بر عهده داشت.&lt;sup&gt;4&lt;/sup&gt; <br /> <br /> از شمار جمعيت كل ايل زرزا اطلاعي در دست نيست. شمار كوچندگان اين ايل را در 1377ش 335 خانوار و 2956 نفر تخمين زده‌اند.&lt;sup&gt;5&lt;/sup&gt;
