<p>صفحه‌ای تازه حاوی «&#039;&#039;&#039;روزنامة دولت عليه ايران،&#039;&#039;&#039; نخستين روزنامة مصوّر ايران كه به مديريت ميرزا ابوالحسن‌خان صنيع‌الملك غفاري در 5 صفر 1277هـ.ق و به جاي روزنامة وقايع ‌اتفاقيه منتشر مي‌شد. روزنامة مذكور به توالي شماره مسلسل روزنامة وقايع ‌اتفاقيه چاپ مي‌شد. بدي...» ایجاد کرد</p> <p><b>صفحهٔ تازه</b></p><div>&#039;&#039;&#039;روزنامة دولت عليه ايران،&#039;&#039;&#039; نخستين روزنامة مصوّر ايران كه به مديريت ميرزا ابوالحسن‌خان صنيع‌الملك غفاري در 5 صفر 1277هـ.ق و به جاي روزنامة وقايع ‌اتفاقيه منتشر مي‌شد. روزنامة مذكور به توالي شماره مسلسل روزنامة وقايع ‌اتفاقيه چاپ مي‌شد. بدين صورت كه از روزنامة ياد شده 470 شماره منتشر شده بود و شمارة 471 آن با عنوان «روزنامة وقايع» و از شمارة 472 با عنوان روزنامة دولت علية ايران به چاپ رسيد.<br /> <br /> صنيع‌الملك سال‌ها در اروپا در رشتة نقاشي تحصيل كرده و علاوه بر تكميل رشتة نقاشي در امور چاپ ليتوگرافي (= چاپ سنگي) نيز تحصيل كرده بود و اطلاعات مفيدي با خود به ايران آورد و پس از بازگشت به ايران در 1377هـ.ق چاپ و انتشار روزنامة وقايع اتفاقيه بدو واگذار شد و او نام روزنامه را تغيير داده و با عنوان جديد و البته مصور به چاپ آن پرداخت و در هر شماره تصاويري از رجال، شاه، شخصيت‌هاي درباري و سياسي، مناظر تهران و بعضي از وقايع و اتفاقات را نقاشي و چاپ مي‌كرد. اولين شمارة روزنامة دولت علية ايران (ش472) تصوير «صورت سلام حضور مبارك اقدس» در عمارت نياوران، شاهزاده نصرت‌الدوله (حاكم تهران) و تصوير ابوالحسن‌خان نقاشباشي كه در ذيل آن عكسي از دستگاه چاپ ليتوگرافي را به قلم خود او به ارمغان داشت.<br /> <br /> صنيع‌الملك يا نقاشباشي با تغيير در كيفيت چاپ و قطع روزنامه غالباً در هفت‌ صفحه و گاه تا 12 صفحه مجموعاً 122 شماره (از 471-592) به تاريخ (پنج‌شنبه 5 صفر 1277 الي پنجم ؟ ربيع‌الثاني 1283ق) از روزنامه را منتشر كرد. ناصرالدين شاه قاجار در 1283 تصميم گرفت كه به جاي يك روزنامه چهار روزنامه در هر ماه منتشر شود و فرمان آن در شمارة 591 (پنج‌شنبه 6 ربيع‌الاول 1283هـ) چاپ شده است. در اين فرمان مديريت روزنامه‌ها با اعتضادالسلطنه وزير علوم بود و صنيع‌الملك به عنوان نايب وي معيّن گرديد. قرار بود كه روزنامة دولت علية ايران با عنوان «روزنامة دولتي مصور» به حيات خود ادامه دهد، اما با درگذشت صنيع‌الملك انتشار چنين روزنامه‌اي صورت نگرفت، گرچه روزنامة دولتي (ش593-638) بدون تصوير (با دو شمارة مصور ش 596 و 599) چاپ مي‌شد و از شمارة 639-650 (پنج‌شنبه 2 ذي‌قعده 1286 الي پنچ‌شنبه 10 ذي‌حجه 1287ق) بار ديگر با عنوان روزنامة دولت علية ايران منتشر مي‌شد، در آغاز 1288ق روزنامة ايران به مديريت محمدحسن‌خان اعتمادالسلطنه به جاي روزنامة دولت علية ايران نشر يافت. <br /> <br /> روزنامة دولت علية ايران از نظر محتوا همانند روزنامة وقايع اتفاقيه بود و نخست اخبار مربوط به تهران يعني شاه و دربار و بعد اخبار دارالخلافه (پايتخت) و قشون (سپاه) و بعد از تهران، اخبار مربوط به ايالات و ولايات (استان‌ها و شهرستان‌ها)، اخبار خارجه (غالباً ترجمه از روزنامه‌هاي فرنگي)، گاه اعلان و در بعضي مواقع مثلاً ايام ماه مبارك رمضان نرخ اجناس را چاپ مي‌كرد. به عبارت ديگر در كم و كيف محتواي روزنامه تغييري حاصل نشد و تنها شكل ظاهري روزنامه‌ها تغيير يافته به صورت مصور و با كيفيت بهتر چاپ مي‌شد. <br /> <br /> تنها تغييري كه در مطالب روزنامه مشاهده مي‌شود اين‌كه از شمارة 628 ترجمه‌هاي محمدحسن‌خان اعتمادالسلطنه به صورت پاورقي در روزنامه‌ چاپ مي‌شد و از شمارة 639 كه روزنامة دولتي بار ديگر با عنوان روزنامة دولت عليه نشر مي‌يافت در اين روزنامه نيز چاپ آن ادامه يافت و همچنين اخبار مربوط به سفرهاي ناصرالدين شاه به ايالات و ولايات، و ايضاً شرح مفصل ورود ناصرالدين شاه به بغداد (سفر به عتبات عاليات)، مراسم استقبال از شاه، ديدار با علما، تلگراف به پادشاه عثماني و جوابية او در شمارة 549 را چاپ كرده است. <br /> <br /> <br /> &#039;&#039;&#039;مأخذ:&#039;&#039;&#039;<br /> <br /> &#039;&#039;&#039;&#039;&#039;روزنامة دولت علية ايران&#039;&#039;&#039;&#039;&#039;. تجديد چاپ به اهتمام جمشيد كيان‌فر، عنايت‌الله رحماني، تهران: كتابخانة ملي ايران، 1370-1372، مقدمه و جاهاي مختلف. <br /> <br /> جمشید کیانفر</div>
