[محيط طباطبائي، ص148].<br /> <br /> از جمله يادگار جمعاً 5 دوره به شرح زير منتشر گرديد: سال اول از شهريور 1323 تا خرداد 1324ش. سال 2 از شهريور 24 تا خرداد 25. سال 3 از شهريور 25 تا خرداد 26. سال 4 از شهريور 26 تا خرداد 1327ش. سال 5 از شهريور 27 تا خرداد 1328ش. هر سال دَه شماره مجله منتشر مي‌شد و به جاي شمارة 11 و 12 كتابي به مشتركين تقديم مي‌شد كه از انتشارات دفتر مجله بود. اقبال در اولين شمارة سال اول مرام و روش مجله را تشريح كرد. مرام او ايران دوستي و شناساندن ايران در گذشته و حال به جهانيان بود (گلين، ص71-72]. در اين مرام‌نامه اضافه شده كه براي شناساندن ايران، بايد مقالات و نوشته‌هايي دربارة مسائل جغرافيايي، تاريخي، افسانه‌هاي ايراني به چاپ رساند. كتاب‌هاي خطي و نادر را معرفي كرد. او معمولاً مقالات خود را بي‌امضا به چاپ مي‌رساند.
